KNUSM Vision 2030

Top 50 School of Medicine in Asia (5-50 ASIA)
Under the KNUSM VISION 2030, KNUSM aims to grow more than 5% every year and enter Asia’s top 50 Schools of Medicine in the Global University Evaluation by 2030.

Short-term goals

  1. Increase research papers and research funds by more than 5% per year
  2. Invigorate a research network with global institutions (joint research and human resource exchange)

Mid-Long-term goals

20% increase

Increase the number of full-time faculty members per student (20% increase within 3-5 years)

6 year attainment

Achieve medical education certification evaluation for 6 years

Enter top 5

Have several academic papers enter the top 5 in Korea

Fostering startups

Promote industry-academic cooperation and foster medical industry startups
