Nephrology
OVERVIEW
Kangwon National University School of Medicine Division of Nephrology comprises three academic staff members. We teach nephrology in its entirety, including the principal functions of the kidney to patient care for various kidney diseases.
Students acquire experience with diverse patients with kidney diseases at Kangwon National University Hospital, rounding outpatient/inpatient clinics and artificial kidney units.
This division is engaged in basic, translational, and clinical research. We are also dedicated to training the next generation of physicians, especially nephrologists, to improve the lives of patients with kidney diseases.
