OVERVIEW
The Kangwon National University Department of Cardiology is striving to contribute to medical development through world-class education, research, and treatment.
Currently, seven professors are working toward the goal of nurturing excellent medical staff through innovative medical education and are actively engaged in education, research, and treatment in each sub-field.
The Department of Cardiology is divided into vascular/intervention parts, including coronary artery disease, heart failure/cardiac imaging, and arrhythmia. Our school has a cardiology faculty in all fields. Based on this, we provide a systemic curriculum through theoretical education in medical schools and medical practices at Kangwon National University Hospital. We will continue to secure excellent faculty members and do our best to nurture future talent through creative research and excellent medical education.
