Research Summary
Our studies comprise the following topics: 1) To develop treatment technology for cardiothoracic disease by utilizing biomaterials, 2) Functional enhancement of iPSCs and MSCs based on treatment with antibodies or peptides, 3) To develop, analyze and apply technology of exosomes. Accordingly, our current research interests are: 1) To develop biomaterials-based therapeutic agents about various cardiothoracic diseases, such as ALI, COPD, and IPF, 2) Identifying the function of antibody/peptide-based stem cells and their exosome application to alleviate disease and enhance tissue recovery.
